There is no contact form here on purpose. Email is faster for both of us and it means your message does not vanish into a service we do not control.
What we can genuinely help with
- Which winter month suits the trip you are describing, and what it will cost you in daylight
- Whether the natural ice caves are likely to be open for your dates, and which cave is reachable from where you are staying
- How a specific operator's aurora retry or rebooking policy actually works
- Whether a day tour or a multi-day package makes more sense for reaching Jökulsárlón
- A number on this site that looks wrong or out of date. Please tell us. Fixing a stale figure quickly is the whole reputation of a site like this.
What we cannot do
We are not the tour operator and not a booking platform, so we cannot see, change or refund your booking. If you have already booked, your booking lives with GetYourGuide or Viator and with the operator running the tour, and their support handles changes, cancellations and refunds far faster than we could relay a message.
We also cannot tell you whether the northern lights will appear on a given night. Nobody can, including the operators, and any site that offers to is not being straight with you.
Before you write
