Privacy policy
This is a static content site. There is no account, no login, no form and no newsletter, so there is very little of you here to begin with.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment details or passport information, because nothing on this site requires them. There is no contact form: the contact page gives you an email address, and if you write to us we hold that email in an ordinary mailbox and nothing more. There is no account system, no comment section and no mailing list.
What is collected, and by whom
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and which tour links get clicked. It sets cookies and records the usual anonymous measurements: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type, browser and referrer. We also send a custom affiliate_click event when you click through to GetYourGuide or Viator, which records the link URL, the link text and the page you were on. It does not record who you are.
Google processes that data as our processor. You can opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by using your browser's tracking protection.
Affiliate tracking on outbound links
When you click a tour link here, GetYourGuide or Viator receives our partner identifier so that a booking can be credited to this site. They set their own cookies under their own privacy policies, which govern everything that happens once you leave us. Their terms are at getyourguide.com and viator.com. We never see your booking, your payment details or your identity, only an aggregate commission report.
Cloudflare
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare acts as our hosting provider under its own privacy terms.
Embedded content
Some pages embed a Google Maps frame and YouTube videos. The videos use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video. A Google Maps embed loads from Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy. Both are third-party frames: once one loads, that provider can see your IP address.

Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EEA or a jurisdiction with comparable law, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection over personal data held about you. In practice we hold almost nothing: the realistic case is an email you sent us, which we will delete on request. For analytics data held by Google, the controls sit with Google and with your browser.
Children
This site is aimed at adults planning travel and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
